These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OSNT.IN ("the Service"), accessible at app.osnt.in and osnt.in. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service

OSNT.IN is an AI-powered open-source intelligence platform that provides daily intelligence briefs, live event feeds, narrative tracking, and analytical tools related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict and its global implications.

The Service collects and analyzes publicly available data from open sources including international and regional news agencies, conflict event databases, satellite thermal imagery, publicly accessible Telegram channels, and sanctions databases. All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All intelligence briefs, analysis, narrative tracking, economic impact assessments, and other analytical content on OSNT.IN are generated by artificial intelligence from publicly available open-source data. This content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information presented. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, misinterpretations, or biases. AI models may produce different results from the same input data. Every brief includes source attribution, confidence levels, and methodology notes to help you assess the reliability of the information.

You acknowledge and agree that you should not rely solely on OSNT.IN for critical decisions including but not limited to military operations, investment decisions, legal proceedings, policy decisions, or personal safety. Always verify important information with primary sources and qualified professionals.

The disclaimer "AI-Generated — Verify Critical Claims" appears on every brief. This disclaimer is an integral part of the Service and should not be removed when sharing excerpts.

Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. Accounts are created through Google Authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@osnt.in if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You agree not to create accounts under false identities, share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts for the same person, or use automated means to create accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Subscriptions and Payments

OSNT.IN offers a free trial period, paid monthly subscriptions, and paid annual subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed on the billing page within the Service. Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD).

Payments are currently accepted via cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRC-20 network). Additional payment methods including fiat currency (credit/debit cards) may be added in the future.

Subscriptions are for fixed periods and do not auto-renew. You must manually initiate renewal before or after your subscription expires. We will send reminder notifications before your subscription expires.

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. If you experience a verified technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing paid features for a material portion of your subscription period, contact us at contact@osnt.in and we will provide a proportional extension of your subscription at our discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions — they apply only to new purchases and renewals after the change takes effect. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase.

Free Trial

The free trial provides full access to the Service for the specified trial period. No payment information is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial, your access reverts to the limited demo mode unless you subscribe.

Each user is entitled to one free trial. Attempting to obtain multiple free trials by creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.

Promo Codes and Referrals

Promo codes provide discounts or free access periods as specified by each code. Promo codes are subject to the following conditions: each code may have usage limits, expiry dates, and specific terms; codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated; codes cannot be resold, transferred, or publicly distributed without authorization; we reserve the right to revoke or deactivate any promo code at any time without notice.

The referral program provides bonus subscription days to both the referrer and the referred user. Referral rewards are credited after the referred user makes their first payment. Attempting to manipulate the referral program through fake accounts or self-referrals is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

Scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond what is explicitly provided through authorized API access.

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from the Service's content, design, or code without written permission.

Use the Service to generate, spread, or amplify disinformation, propaganda, or deliberately misleading content.

Resell, sublicense, or provide commercial access to the Service or its content without a written commercial agreement.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, security, or other users' access.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service's software.

Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functioning.

Circumvent any technical measures we use to enforce these Terms or protect the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, trademarks, and trade dress of OSNT.IN are the exclusive property of the Service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Daily briefs and analytical content are licensed to you for personal or internal organizational use only during your active subscription. You may share brief excerpts (up to 200 words) with clear attribution to OSNT.IN and a link to the source. You may not republish full briefs, systematically extract content, or use our content to create competing products.

Data sourced from third parties (including but not limited to ACLED, NASA FIRMS, GDELT, OpenSanctions, and news agencies) is subject to those organizations' respective terms, licenses, and attribution requirements.

User-submitted content (such as feedback, error reports, and suggestions) may be used by us to improve the Service without compensation or attribution, unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality of Paid Content

Pro and Enterprise content is provided exclusively for the use of active subscribers. This content is confidential and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, publicly posted, or made available to non-subscribers, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from OSNT.IN.

Violation of this confidentiality provision may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Editorial Position

OSNT.IN maintains an explicit pro-Ukraine editorial position. We support Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity as recognized by international law. This editorial stance informs how we contextualize events, not whether we report them.

This does not mean we fabricate, suppress, or distort data. It means we provide context for claims from all sides, distinguish between aggressor and defender in accordance with international law, attribute claims to their sources, apply confidence levels to analytical assessments, and do not create false moral equivalence between military aggression and self-defense.

All sources are classified with reliability badges. All claims include source attribution. Users are encouraged to draw their own conclusions from the data presented.

Availability and Service Levels

We aim to provide the Service continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible), unscheduled maintenance or emergency fixes, circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Service downtime, data unavailability, delayed brief generation, or failed notifications.

For Enterprise customers with a Service Level Agreement (SLA), availability commitments are governed by the separate SLA document.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any information provided will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

In no event shall OSNT.IN, its operator, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OSNT.IN, its operator, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or any content you submit to the Service.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period. No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting contact@osnt.in. Account deletion is permanent and results in the removal of all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or use the Service in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access paid features ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at contact@osnt.in and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will endeavor to respond within 14 days and work toward a resolution in good faith.

If informal resolution fails within 60 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or collective proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator primarily resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OSNT.IN regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
